The auditorium had a really nice feel to it, cozy without feeling cramped. There was enough room to get comfortable, and it just kind of made the whole experience feel more relaxed, if that makes sense...

Caught a movie here recently and it was a decent enough visit. The sound was kind of hit or miss though... some scenes came through really clear, but then others got way too loud and the dialogue was a little hard to make out. It wasn’t awful or anything, just one of those things you notice while you’re watching. For the price, it was still okay overall... just could use a little tuning

I can’t say I know exactly what happened behind the scenes, but from my side they seemed to fix the issue fast and the refund came through without much hassle.

The theater itself is fine, nothing really wrong with it, but getting there is kind of a hassle for me. It’s just far enough out of the way that I start thinking, do I really want to deal with this, and then if it’s busy, parking can be annoying too. So even though the place is okay, I usually end up going to a cinema closer to home.

I was really let down to get stale popcorn again. I was hoping it would be fresh this time, but it just tasted old and took the fun out of the whole snack.

I don’t know why, but the floors just felt sticky when I was there. It kind of made the place feel less clean than I expected.

The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to, which always makes a difference. They helped us quickly and actually seemed happy to be there, not always a given, right? It made the whole movie night feel relaxed and simple. I’d definitely go back.

Went to Penn Cinema last weekend and, the movie was totally fine... no complaints there. But the box office was just really slow. It looked like only one person was actually helping people, and meanwhile the line kept getting longer and longer. I kept thinking, like, buying tickets really shouldn’t take this much time.
Getting inside wasn’t much smoother either. The entry line felt kind of all over the place, and nobody was really saying where to go or what line to be in. We got there early but still only made it in right before the previews started, which was frustrating, tbh.

Penn Cinema is mostly fine when it comes to accessibility, at least from my experience. I was able to find the basic info I needed, but some of the pages felt kind of cluttered, especially on my phone. It might just be that the site was designed more with desktop users in mind, because the seat info and showtimes didn’t feel as clear as they could be. It does work, but I had to click around more than I expected. Overall, not awful, but not exactly smooth either.

My back started hurting about halfway through the movie, so it was kind of hard to stay focused after that. Anyway, the experience would’ve been a lot better if the seats had been more comfortable.

Just a quick heads-up for anyone planning to book seats online: I booked two for tonight, the payment went through almost immediately, and the tickets showed up right away. No delays, no weird issues, no extra hassle. it was simple from start to finish

Well... I’ve been happy with the movie selection overall. They usually have a solid mix of new releases and a few smaller films, which is nice. Most of the time I can find something to watch without spending forever scrolling, so that’s a win for me...

My seat had some crumbs on it, and the cup holder was sticky (not exactly what you want to deal with before a movie). The bathroom was okay, not terrible, but it definitely looked like it needed to be checked more often. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but the cleanliness was average.

Parking was really easy here, which made the whole visit a lot less stressful. Even if everything else isn’t absolutely perfect, convenient parking definitely makes a difference...

I went on a super busy night and expected it to be a mess. It really wasn’t. The lines moved fast. The staff kept everyone moving in the right direction. It didn’t feel too packed inside either. Even grabbing snacks was easy. Nice to see a cinema handle a big crowd without making it stressful.

The concessions were actually fair, which was a nice surprise. Nothing felt too overpriced, and it seemed like a "reasonable" deal compared to what you usually expect.

The picture was okay overall, nothing terrible or anything, it just looked kinda dim to me and I kept wishing it was a little brighter because everything felt a bit muted while I was watching.

I went to see a movie here after a friend recommended the place, and overall it was a okay experience. The movie was fine and the seats were comfortable enough, but nothing really stood out. The snacks were good, though they felt a bit overpriced for what you get

Took the kids here it was just okay. The bathrooms were messy, the staff seemed kind of annoyed to be there, and some of the previews felt like a bit much for younger kids. I left feeling like we didn’t really get our money’s worth, so I probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

I use penncinema often when I want to check showtimes, and it’s just easy, easy. The times are usually updated when I need them, so I don’t have to call the theater or go digging around online forever. It’s a simple site, but that’s kind of why I like it. It does what I need and saves me time
